The Center for Youth Alternatives (as it is tentatively named) will open its doors in September 1997, offering a wide range of services for adolescents who are at risk and for adolescents who may become at risk. The services include educational support, mental health care, health education, employment counselling and vocational training, and recreational and cultural activities.
