Content analysis: is a research method that uses a set of procedures to make valid inferences from text (Weber, 1990). These inferences may be about the sender of the message, the message itself, or the audience of the message. It can make use of all the information a project routinely collects. It involves the review and analysis of documents such as agendas, minutes of meeting client intake and exit forms and other service records, financial records or calendars.
