• Everyone has the power to prevent domestic violence. It takes recognizing the power, and acting on that power, to make a difference.
• Each of us needs to understand that domestic violence tends to remain a hidden problem. It goes on behind closed doors. It takes personal responsibility on everyone's part to shed light on the problem, and to make sure that everyone is dedicated to the goal of prevention.

Our poster is dominated by the words of our theme. Our image is designed to be posted on the wall in a prominent position, and to be an ongoing reminder that we all have a role to play in prevention. The picture we put on the wall is designed to have enduring interest. It is not merely glanced and then forgotten. Each time we look at it, we can discover -- or re-discover -- some of the special meanings of our theme. For those who are trapped in the problem, there is a way out. For those who are witnesses to the problem, there is a way to respond. For those who serve and lead, there is a chance to shed light on the problem, and improve the whole community. Specifications
